Dead Feat To Return As Part Of Nolafunk 6th Annual Jazz Fest Series

Promoters Nolafunk will once again host a series of performances set to coincide with the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival in 2017. Today, Nolafunk has announced the initial lineup for the 6th Annual Nolafunk Series During Jazz Festival. One of the acts set to play in Crescent City is Dead Feat, a band that performers the music of the Grateful Dead, Little Feat, Anders Osborne and other covers.
The series kicks off with a moe. performance at the intimate Le Petit Theatre on April 27. Note that tickets to moe.’s LPT show are only available as part of three-night passes that include the band’s concerts at The Civic on April 28 and 29. Then, North Mississippi Allstars and Anders Osborne will present N.M.O. at Republic NOLA on April 28.
Dead Feat will play Republic NOLA on April 29 and April 30 featuring a lineup of Anders Osborne, Jackie Greene, Paul Barrere, Fred Tackett, Brady Blade and more. Midnight North will open on the 29th, while Leftover Salmon side project Sockeye kick off the action on the 30th. In addition, Twiddle will play a late night show at Republic NOLA on Saturday, April 29 (technically early morning on April 30).
More shows will be announced soon. Pre-sale tickets go on sale to Nolafunk email subscribers on Tuesday, December 13th at 12 p.m. ET, and then to the general public on Friday, December 16 at 12 p.m. ET.
