Dead & Company Confirms 18-Show Las Vegas Sphere Residency

The previously rumored run will begin in May and continue through June.

Dead & Company will be the third band to perform at the Las Vegas Sphere. The previously hinted at residency will span 18 shows over multiple weekends in May and June.

Dead & Company will perform six three-night stands at the Las Vegas Sphere. The series of three-show runs will take place on May 16 – 18, May 24 – May 26, May 30 – June 1, June 6 – 8, June 13 – 15 and June 20 – 22.

Registration for artist pre-sale tickets is available now. Those who qualify will be given access to purchase artist presale tickets on Monday, February 5. Travel packages and VIP packages go on sale tomorrow, Friday, February 2. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, February 9 at 10 a.m. PT.

Dead & Company — guitarists Bob Weir and John Mayer, bassist Oteil Burbridge, keyboardist Jeff Chimenti and drummers Mickey Hart and Jay Lane — brought their final tour to a close on July 16, 2023. The Sphere shows will be the first time the full band performs together since the end of The Final Tour.

U2 opened the long-in-the-making new Las Vegas venue operated by MSG Entertainment on September 29, 2023, with their first of 40 U2:UV Achtung Baby Live at Sphere shows in the space. The band’s residency at the Sphere wraps on March 2.

Phish will be the second band to play the Sphere when they play a four-night stand on April 18 – 21.
