While the Dave Matthews Band is taking a well-deserved year off in 2017, that doesn’t mean the group’s members won’t perform in various configurations. Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds have just announced Dave & Tim Mexico featuring three concerts on the beach in Riviera Maya, Mexico February 23 – 25, 2017.
The all-inclusive concert vacation has been organized by CID Presents, who also include Phish Riviera Maya and Crash My Playa among its events. Dave and Tim are expected to play three shows just feet away from the Caribbean Sea at the Barcelo Maya Beach, an all-inclusive resort sitting on a mile-long stretch of white sandy beach.
Those looking to attend can stay at the Barcelo Maya Beach or one of the event’s other host resorts. Each resort features a variety of restaurants, multiple bars and daily activities, all included in package prices. Attendees can spend their days lounging by the pool and beach or exploring the nearby historic towns of Tulum and Playa del Carmen. Options are available for off-site adventures.
Packages go on sale Monday, September 19 at 1 p.m. ET. Members of DMB’s Warehouse fan club will have first dibs starting Thursday, September 15 at 1 p.m., while CITI card holders can purchase packages starting Saturday, September 17 at 1 p.m. ET. Head here for more info or to book your room.
