Dave Matthews Band Shares ‘That Girl Is You’ Single

Dave Matthews Band will release their ninth studio album Come Tomorrow via RCA Records on June 8. Today the group unveiled the LP’s second single, “That Girl Is You.”

“That Girl Is You” is one of just four songs off the 14-track Come Tomorrow Matthews has yet to perform live either with the full band or at his duo shows with Tim Reynolds. DMB returned to the road on May 18 and served up the live debut of the title track and the first full band “Do You Remember” at the tour opener. Matthews & Co. went on to perform Come Tomorrow track “She” for the first time on May 19.

The group decided to work with multiple producers on Come Tomorrow including Rob Evans, Rob Cavallo, Mark Batson and John Alagia. Brandi Carlile makes a guest appearance on the song “Come Tomorrow.” Artist Béatrice Coron was selected to provide the cover art for the album.
