Danglin Anglin, Jeff Pevar & Jarrod Kaplan Sit-In With The String Cheese Incident In Oregon

On Saturday and Sunday nights, The String Cheese Incident held a pair of Summer Tour shows at Cuthbert Amphitheatre in Eugene, Oregon. Saturday’s concert saw SCI joined on vocals by The Wailers’ Danglin Anglin while last night’s concert featured guitarist Jeff Pevar and percussionist Jarrod Kaplan.

Both special guests joined in on SCI’s second sets with Anglin emerging toward the end of set two on Saturday to lend vocals to a cover of Bob Marley’s reggae anthem “Exodus.” Mid-way into just a four-song second set Sunday, Pevar came out following “Drums” to augment a rendition of “Impressions” by John Coltrane. Pever returned to help out on the encore cover of Peter Gabriel’s “Shaking The Tree” that also saw Kaplan join in on percussion.
