Nickel Creek’s Sara Watkins and Sean Watkins’ project Watkins Family Hour will release their self-titled debut album on July 24 through their own Family Hour Records imprint. The record grew out of monthly sessions held at Largo in Los Angeles beginning in 2002 and is composed of cover songs performed live over three days in the studio of producer and engineer Sheldon Gomberg.
