David Byrne was the musical guest on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert on Tuesday, as the program moves through its final week. Colbert joined the former Talking Heads frontman to cap a rendition of the band’s classic, “Burning Down The House.”
The last episode of The Late Show franchise airs Thursday, May 21. Tuesday’s episode also saw Daily Show legends and Comedy Central showmates Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert sharing some cool moments.
Another legend, David Byrne then took the stage to perform “Burning Down The House.” Toward the end of the iconic song originally appearing on the 1983 Talking Heads album Speaking in Tongues, Colbert emerged with appropriately color-coded attire to dance and sing along on the funky tune.
