Heart’s Nancy Wilson Shreds ‘Barracuda’ With Chappell Roan At Forest Hills Stadium

The stateside leg of Chappell Roan’s Visions Of Damsels & Other Dangerous Things Tour is underway following the first two of four shows at Forest Hills Stadium in New York City. Sunday’s second show saw Roan bring out guitarist Nancy Wilson for a performance of Heart’s classic “Barracuda.”

The Visions Of Damsels & Other Dangerous Things Tour began on Saturday and also featured Roan covering “Barracuda,” which has been a staple of her recent live sets.

“I sing ‘Barracuda’ every night,” Roan told the Forest Hills Stadium crowd. “It’s one of my favorite songs and I think it’s the best rock song ever, by the best rock band ever, Heart. And tonight we have Nancy Wilson from Heart!

Nancy Wilson and her sister Ann Wilson will resume touring with Heart in November. The Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame inductees added 2026 Royal Flush Tour dates in February and March with Lucinda Williams.

Chappell Roan’s Visions of Damsels & Other Dangerous Things Tour continues tomorrow with the first of two more shows at Forest Hills Stadium. The brief run then heads to Roan’s home state of Missouri for a pair of concerts at Kansas City’s Museum & Memorial Park on October 3 and 4. The short excursion ends with two nights at Brookside at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California on October 10 and 11.
