Chad Smith Of Red Hot Chili Peppers To Return To ‘Tonight Show’

Tonight, Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith will return to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Smith is expected to sit-in with Jimmy’s house band The Roots. Cameron Diaz, Jon Favreau and musical guest Alessia Cara are also slated to appear on this evening’s episode.

Chad Smith famously appeared on the May 22, 2014 episode of The Tonight Show with his lookalike, comedian Will Ferrell. The pair performed a drum battle and have raised over $300K in donations for the charity Cancer for College. Watch the Will Ferrell/Chad Smith drum off:
