Update (Saturday, June 14): Northlands Music Festival offered Bonnaroo ticket holders free admission to the fest in Swanzey, New Hampshire. The announcement from Northlands stated:

In response to the unfortunate cancellation of Bonnaroo Music Festival due to severe weather, Northlands Music & Arts Festival announces a special offer for displaced attendees. Any Bonnaroo ticket holder with a 2025 wristband will receive FREE admission to Northlands on Saturday, June 14th and Sunday, June 15. Valid for single day entry *both* days (main concert field only- no camping, no campground access).

Northlands, currently underway in the scenic woodlands of Swanzey, NH, stands in solidarity with the Bonnaroo community.

“We know how much heart and planning goes into attending a festival,” said Northlands Co-Founder Seth McNally. “We want to offer a welcoming space for fans to still have an epic weekend.”

Storms, flooding and the threat of more severe weather led Bonnaroo organizers to pull the plug on the 2025 edition of the festival on Friday night (June 13). The announcement came after the concert fields at The Farm in Manchester, Tennessee, were evacuated earlier in the day.

“Today, the National Weather Service provided us with an updated forecast with significant and steady precipitation that will produce deteriorating camping and egress conditions in the coming days. We are beyond gutted, but we must make the safest decision and cancel the remainder of Bonnaroo,” wrote the team behind the four-day music festival.

Refunds will be issued. Those who purchased four-day passes will receive 75% back. All 1-Day passes for Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be refunded. The full refund policy is laid out on the Bonnaroo website.

Tyler, the Creator was supposed to headline on Friday, with Olivia Rodrigo topping the bill on Saturday and Hozier set to close Bonnaroo on Sunday. Vampire Weekend, Goose, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, Justice, Queens of the Stone Age, Avril Lavigne, MJ Lenderman, Tipper, John Summit and Foster The People were among other acts featured on the 2025 Bonnaroo lineup.

“Today, the National Weather Service provided us with an updated forecast with significant and steady precipitation that will produce deteriorating camping and egress conditions in the coming days. We are beyond gutted, but we must make the safest decision and cancel the remainder of Bonnaroo.

We are going to make things right with you, and you will find refund information at the end of this message, but let’s start with the next steps.

The number one thing we need from the Bonnaroo community is patience.

Some of your fellow campers’ sites are in rough shape. The rain has settled in areas and made certain parts of Outeroo difficult to manage. We’d like to prioritize getting those folks as well as those with accessibility needs off The Farm as soon as possible this evening.

To do this, we ask that if your campsite is in good shape or if you’re in an RV or pre-pitched accommodation, please consider spending the night with us and we’ll start working to get you out of here safely tomorrow.

We will continue to operate as usual in Outeroo including food vendors and all health and safety infrastructure. We have put our hearts and souls into making this weekend the most special one of the year, and cannot express how crushed we are to have to make this decision. Thank you in advance for your patience, your positivity and your unfailing Bonnaroovian spirit.”
