Earlier this month, Metallica, Dave Matthews, Dead & Company and other acts came together at AT&T Park in San Francisco for a benefit concert dubbed Band Together. Today, a second concert titled Band Together 2 has been announced.
The second Band Together Bay Area benefit concert will be held at the historic Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco on December 14. Red Hot Chili Peppers and Lukas Nelson & Promise Of The Real are the first two acts to be confirmed for the event. 100% of tickets sales will benefit the Tipping Point Emergency Relief Fund supporting North Bay community foundations, service providers and government partners working with low-income communities hit hardest by the fires. Another Planet Entertainment, Salesforce, Marc and Lynne Benioff and Twilio have signed on to support the event.

Here’s more details including ticketing information:
Band Together 2 comes on the heels of a tremendous outpouring of generosity from the Band Together Bay Area concert that took place at AT&T Park on November 9, raising over $17 million for North Bay fire relief efforts. The North Bay firestorm — the most destructive and deadliest firestorm disaster in California history — burned an estimated 200,000 acres and 6,000 homes in Sonoma, Napa, Mendocino and Lake Counties, displacing thousands of residents. Damage estimates are in the billions of dollars and rising, and the cleanup and recovery efforts will be the largest and costliest in California history.
Tickets for Band Together 2 will go on sale to the public Friday, December 1 at 10:00 a.m. PT at bandtogetherbayarea.org, APEConcerts.com and Ticketmaster.com. Tickets are $99.50 (General Admission) plus applicable charges. Ticketmaster will donate all processing fees to the relief effort.
