Austin City Limits Reveals All-Star Lineup For 2016 ACL Hall Of Fame Celebration

Long-running live concert television program Austin City Limits will hold the 2016 ACL Hall Of Fame Inductions And Celebration on October 12. Today, the all-star lineup of musicians slated to perform at the event has been revealed.

Hosted by wife and husband comedians Megan Mullally and Nick Offerman, this year’s ACL Hall Of Fame Inductions And Celebration will honor new inductees Bonnie Raitt, Kris Kristofferson and the late B.B. King. Musical tributes will be performed at the event held at ACL Live at The Moody Theater in Austin, Texas by Willie Nelson, Mavis Staples, Taj Mahal, Gary Clark Jr. and Rodney Crowell. Presenters and additional performers are expected to be announced prior to the ceremony and highlights of the event will air on Austin City Limits later this fall.

Previous inductees include Nelson and Stevie Ray Vaughan & Double Trouble from the 2014 inaugural class as well as Loretta Lynn, Guy Clark, Townes Van Zandt and others from last year’s class. Tickets to attend the 2016 ACL Hall Of Fame Inductions And Celebration go on sale beginning May 20 at 10 a.m. at the event’s website.
