Austin City Limits Music Festival Announces 2016 Lineup

The 15th annual Austin City Limits Music Festival will take place at Zilker Park in Austin over the course of two consecutive weekends, September 30 – October 2 and October 7 – 9. Today, organizers of the long-running festival have announced the lineup for 2016 which will be headlined by Radiohead, Mumford & Sons and LCD Soundsystem.

Kendrick Lamar, Major Lazer and Kygo are also a top the lineup for ACL Fest ’16. All told, the festival will host more than 130 musical acts across its eight stages. Other acts confirmed for the event include Chris Stapleton (Weekend One), The Chainsmokers, Flume, M83, HAIM, LL Cool J, Anderson .Paak & The Free Nationals (Weekend Two), Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, Margo Price, Gallant, St. Lucia (Weekend One), Bob Moses and The Strumbellas. Another big get for the fest is home state hero Willie Nelson (Weekend Two), who will return for the first time since his performance in 2006.

3-Day General Admission tickets for both weekends go on sale today at 10 a.m. CT via the festival’s website. Organizers have also announced an exclusive Red Bull TV webcast.
