AURA Music & Arts Festival Phase Two Lineup Announcement

The seventh annual AURA Music & Arts Festival will be held at the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, Florida March 3 – 5. Today organizers have revealed the second phase of the lineup for 2016.

International superstars and DJ collective Thievery Corporation, instrumental jazz-fusion act Snarky Puppy, jamtronica pioneers theNEWDEAL and longtime jam scene favorites Particle are among the additions to the AURA ’16 lineup announced today. Other additions include The Werks, Mike Dillon Band, Jimkata, Bedside (live band) and Pigeons Playing Ping Pong. March’s festival will also see the debut of NUNCHUCK featuring Chuck Jones and Scott Zwang of Dopapod, Craig Brodhead of Turkuaz and Mike Dillon. AURA also revealed this year’s Silent Disco and ENO Lotus Lounge artists. A full list can be found below.

All of the acts announced today join a jam-packed lineup that already featured The Disco Biscuits, ALO, The Main Squeeze, The Heavy Pets Tribute to the ‘80s featuring Jennifer Hartswick and Natalie Cressman, Pink Talking Fish, Turkuaz, Tom Hamilton’s American Babies and The Bright Light Social Hour. AURA goes beyond just a music festival. The event also will feature a Yoga & Healing Arts Program with more than 20 classes and workshops. The “Vibe Village” will host experiential multimedia live art and installations. Late night offerings include a Silent Disco which goes into the morning hours and the ENO Lotus Lounge. Everything takes place in the beautiful setting of Suwannee with its 800 acres of Spanish moss- draped oak and cypress trees along the Suwannee River.

A limited number of Early Bird Tickets are on sale now for $129 for a 3-day GA Weekend Pass and $275 for VIP (all taxes, fees and camping included) but ticket prices will increase Sunday, December 13 at midnight ET.
