Cabinet’s “Dead Set,” which took place on Saturday at the Chill, included interpretations of 12 songs from the Grateful Dead’s live repertoire as well as a cover of JJ Cale’s “After Midnight.” Among the highlights were Cabinet’s takes on “Scarlet” > “Fire,” the unexpected “Liberty” and a well-jammed “Cumberland Blues.”
