Amy Helm To Present A Musical Tribute To Levon Helm In Woodstock

Amy Helm will host a celebration of her father, the late Band drummer Levon Helm, at Levon Helm Studios in Woodstock, New York on Friday, May 27. The musical tribute and BBQ comes in honor of what would have been Levon’s 76th birthday had he not passed away in 2012.

Longtime Levon collaborator and leader of Conan O’Brien’s Basic Cable Band guitarist Jimmy Vivino will perform at the event as will The Midnight Ramble Horns, Lindsay Lou & The Flatbellys and additional special guests. Attendees are urged to bring a lawn chair, side dish or dessert and the beverage of their choice to Levon Helm Studios on the 27th. Tickets are available now via LevonHelm.com.
