The second leg of this year’s Beacon run began yesterday (Thursday, March 19), and the big wow of the evening can be summed up in one word: Clapton. With a heavy emphasis on Derek and the Dominos material, all reports indicate this was one for the history books. While the ABB kept the first set strictly inside the Brotherhood, the second featured guest spots from Clapton as well as Gov’t Mule keyboardist Danny Louis and the second appearance this year from Susan Tedeschi.
