All-Star Lineup To Honor Neil Young At Pair Of Neil Fest Concerts

On September 13 and 14 Bowery Ballroom in NYC will host the first-ever “Neil Fest” to celebrate the music of Neil Young. The initial lineup for the event has been announced and features many all-stars from a variety of genres.

As with most “Fest” tributes, the house band will be the Cabin Down Below Band. The group will be joined by the likes of Norah Jones, Ryan Adams, Jakob Dylan and Charles Bradley for a bevy of Neil Young covers. Proceeds will benefit Sweet Relief on behalf of the Jameson Neighborhood Fund. Tickets and VIP packages go up for grabs this Friday, August 28 at 12 p.m. ET. Neil Fest comes on the heels of Best Fest tributes to Tom Petty, Brian Wilson, Bob Dylan and other classic rockers.
