Third Annual Live Music Festival Announces
Lineup, Dates, Ticket On-sale Information
LIVE OAK, FL – The third annual Wanee Festival returns to the Spirit of The Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, Florida April 13 – 14, 2007. Music fans will enjoy two days of live music and three nights of camping along the picturesque Suwannee River.
Headlining favorites will be Allman Brothers Band, Gov’t Mule, The Derek Trucks Band and Oteil and the Peacemakers as well as Wanee alumni Robert Randolph & the Family Band. The Derek Trucks Band and Grammy-nominated Susan Tedeschi will play a special Saturday midnight set. Joining them are first-time Wanee performers Nickel Creek, Keller Williams and Rusted Root. The festival’s two stages will host over twelve hours of non-stop music each day.
Tickets for the Wanee Festival will go on sale Friday, January 19 at 5 p.m. through www.ticketmaster.com or mail order through www.waneefestival.com. Tickets are $115 for a two-day pass including camping accommodations for three nights. In mid-March, festival ticket price will increase to $130 for a two-day pass including camping accommodations for three nights.
One-day tickets go on sale April 1 for $80 per day without camping accommodations and will be available through Ticketmaster or at the venue box office day of show. Walk-up sales at the festival on April 13 -14 will run $150 for a two-day pass including camping accommodations for three nights. Festival gates will open at noon each day.
