Camp Barefoot 5 will benefit the Humane Society of Pocahontas County, the local animal shelter in desperate need of donations to the shelter to provide for homeless pets. The money raised at this year’s event go toward helping raise funds to build a new shelter and of course feed and care for homeless pets.
With no national acts overlapping each other, the three-day weekend event will supply numerous bands on multiple stages. Tickets are limited to a maximum capacity of 3,000 people. At present, early bird tickets are sold out. Tier 1 general admission weekend tickets ($95) are also almost gone. These tickets are in limited quantity and price is subject to change without notice. Tier 2 advance price will be $105. There are only 40 VIP passes available for $185.
The Kyle Hollingsworth Band will be featuring two sets, one KHB set and a Talking Heads set, which will also feature some surprises. Additionally, the funk super group of Robert Walters, Eddie Roberts, & Adam Deitch (featuring members of The Greyboy Allstars, The New Mastersounds, & Lettuce) will bring a special night of funk along with a horn section. As always, the event is kid and Earth friendly featuring a KidZone and waste reduction programs.
