The Soft Pack Announce Spring Tour

The Soft Pack
The Soft Pack played to rabid fans across the country on their recent winter tour, selling out all East Coast shows including two New York City venues along the way. Newly signed (to NYC independent Kemado) and always energized, the band’s agile rock n’ roll is garnering international attention. With just a self-released 12″ EP so far (initially released under their previous name of The Muslims), the only place to buy copies of The Soft Pack’s music until now has been at one of their shows. You can expect that to change when the band release their debut full-length album in the summer. And, if you missed The Soft Pack this time around, get ready to enjoy their energetic live show at a venue near you this spring as they head out on a national tour sponsored by the NME.

The Soft Pack are Matt Lamkin (vocals), Matty McLoughlin (guitar), David Lantzman (bass) and Brian Hill (drums).

“(Their) blurry, disaffected rock reminds us of New York rock when The Strokes were the biggest band ever, and also Spacemen 3 minus the reverb and plus a bunch of dirt. –The Fader

“The San Diego quartet have cherry-picked the best of their heroes and made the result their own.” –NME
