words would just clutter this photo spread. thanx again jambase for photo-coverage on this gathering this year. Last year's photos intrigued me. I looked forward to this year's. who knows? maybe, I'll actually make it out to one of these....considering the age/demographic seems linear to my current status.

Cool pics! For schofizzl, definately check out Peter Case, if you like James McMurtry or Dave Alvin, Tom Russel any of that. Peter is a singer song writer and he is bad ass! I have been disappointed with some studio stuff I have but the live stuff is off the hook!

Never heard of any of these acts before, but this looks like a cool place for a music fest. That picture of the dad and his sons being pulled behind that ATV is hilarious. They all seem so disgusted haha

Peter Case was the brains behind one of the greatest bands of the 80's ... The Plimsouls

I agree with the comparisons above about Peter Case with James McMurtry and Dave Alvin. I'll comment on Carrie Rodriguez, too, as she is worth checking out. She has quite a Lucinda Williams thing going on her new album, and her live shows are great. I've seen her playing along with Alejandro Escovedo, and I'll have a review of one of her live shows coming up next month. In the meantime, check her out solo or with John Prine.

Check out The Devil Makes Three. They are so nasty. Good ole Americana. Other than that, I cant recognize any of these people. Whats up with them? Sounds?
