Lemon Sun Launch Mini May Tour

Trading in his pen for a point guard jersey, JamBase contributor, Brian Bavosa has recently founded and launched Page Side Productions. Aptly titled after his home-away-from-home during his Phish days, PSP will focus on Press & Publicity for artists.
Bavosa and crew recently teamed up with Lemon Sun, a hot, little number out of Los Angeles. The five seeds of Lemon Sun are a rock n' roll outfit known for their infectious sound and captivating live shows. Quite literally taking their moniker from a lucid dream, the band is as vibrant as the rays overhead.
With a few years of hard work and trials under their belt, Lemon Sun has just completed their first full-length album. The band was tired of labels talking without walking so they took out a loan and made a record on their own terms with help from talented producer Dave Schiffman (Dead Meadow, long time engineer for Rick Rubin). Lemon Sun is currently on a small tour with stops in San Diego (tonight, May 7), San Francisco (May, 8), Orange County as well as a hometown gig in L.A. New York City's The Rosewood Thieves will also be joining the band. With a rabid following spreading up and down the West Coast, fans should keep their eyes and ears out for Lemon Sun.
