Disco Biscuits Move Denver Shows Indoors To Ogden

Jamtronica act The Disco Biscuits have announced a venue change for their upcoming three-night stand in Denver for the second time in the past two weeks. The shows, which were first billed as “Bisco On The Green,” were originally supposed to take place at Denver’s Sculpture Park, but were then moved to Ruby Hill Park. Now, the band has announced their September 12 -14 performances will take place indoors at the Ogden Theatre in Denver.

The Biscuits’ announcement says that permits weren’t approved for Bisco On The Green’s new location -Ruby Hill Park. “We took a gamble on this one (working with someone who isn’t our normal Colorado promoter, because we thought the idea of 3 nights outdoors IN Denver sounded amazing) and it didn’t work out. Sometimes, when things seem too good to be true, they end up being just that. Thankfully, the person who is normally our promoter in Colorado has moved some things around on these three days, and The Disco Biscuits shows will be moved (one final time) to the The Ogden Theatre,” reads part of the statement from the band.

The good news is that there won’t be an early curfew for the Ogden shows as there would’ve been for the outdoor performances.

Here’s ticketing details in regards to the venue change:

Tickets purchased through http://discobiscuits.com/presales for Bisco on the Green will be honored. Your previously issued physical ticket will be voided and you will be issued a new e-ticket for this show. You will be contacted with this information in the coming days.

If you purchased from the promoter’s ticketing, Hold My Ticket, the credit card that was used for purchase will be automatically refunded and an email will be sent to the address the ticket buyer provided at the time of purchase that includes a code that will guarantee you tickets to the Ogden. The code will be emailed to you tomorrow at 11:30am MT, directly before tickets are on sale. You will be able to use that code at this link beginning Friday, September 5 at 12noon MT.

When this process is complete, there will be a very limited amount of tickets available for the shows and they will be made available to the general public. These tickets will be made available Saturday, September 6 at 10am MT.
