Railroad Earth | Hangtown Halloween Ball Lineup

Once again Railroad Earth will host the Hangtown Halloween Ball at the El Dorado Fairgrounds in Placerville, CA from October 24-26. Today, the first phase of the lineup for this year’s fourth annual event has been revealed.

Railroad Earth are set to play all three nights of the event. The Meter Men, featuring Original Meters Zigaboo Modeliste, Leo Nocentelli and George Porter Jr. joined by special guest Robert Walter are also aboard for this year’s festival. Leftover Salmon featuring Bill Payne of Little Feat, ALO, Jeff Austin Band featuring Danny Barnes, Ross Martin and Eric Thorin, The Motet, Poor Man’s Whiskey and Robert Walter’s 20th Congress are among the other Hangtown ’14 acts announced today. The Motet will perform a set focusing on original material as well as a Jamiroquai-themed set, while one of Poor Man Whiskey’s two sets will be a “Darkside Of The Moonshine” performance.
