Later this month the Allman Brothers Band will put out two live archival releases from 1992. The 2-CD Play All Night: Live At The Beacon Theater 1992 was recorded during the group’s first extended run at the Beacon Theatre, specifically from March 10 and 11, 1992. The shows were originally recorded for the An Evening With The Allman Brothers Band release, but only one track off Play All Night appears on An Evening With. Sony will also release a new version of The Allman Brothers Band Live at Great Woods. The DVD contains the entire Summer ’92 performance the ABB laid down in Mansfield, MA.

The folks at Guitar World have premiered video of “Midnight Rider” from The Allman Brothers Band Live at Great Woods. We get to see Gregg Allman, Dickey Betts, Allen Woody and Warren Haynes offer an acoustic rendition of one of the band’s most beloved songs. Head to Guitar World to watch.

Also, Sony has shared audio of “Statesboro Blues” from Play All Night:

Here’s more info on each release:

Play All Night: Live At The Beacon Theatre 1992, a new two-disc set from the one and only Allman Brothers Band.
