Get a taste of New Orleans in New Jersey with the return of Michael Arnone’s Crawfish Fest. The Sussex County Fairgrounds in Augusta hosts the event featuring such NOLA favorites as Tab Benoit, Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Samantha Fish and Big Sam’s Funky Nation. Come for the music, stay for the boiled crawfish, jambalaya, etouffee, alligator sausage, po-boys and other NOLA-inspired dishes!
