That’s where blues-guitar slinger Tab Benoit (pronounced ben-WAh) comes from – Houma, La., to be exact, where hurricanes slam the heart, but can’t take the soul, where Acadians came to settle and became known as ‘Cajuns, where blues became the heart of American music.
