Yo La Tengo Performs With Aesop Rock On ‘The Late Show ‘

Last night’s episode of The Late Show With Stephen Colbert included a performance by musical guest Aesop Rock. The hip-hop musician was making his network television premiere and was backed by rock group Yo La Tengo for his debut appearance.

The collective played the song “Dorks,” which appeared on the recently issued Aesop Rock studio album The Impossible Kid. Watch guitarist Ira Kaplan, Georgia Hubley and James McNew along with Rob Sonic and DJ Zone join Aesop Rock on “Dorks”:
