Woods Perform ‘Suffering Season’ & ‘Politics Of Free’ For ‘A Take Away Show’

Psych-folk band Woods are currently in Europe as part of an extensive tour of France and surrounding countries. The Brooklyn-based group teamed with La Blogothèque to film an installment of A Take Away Show ahead of the tour.

David Ctiborsky directed the clip below which finds Woods performing “Suffering Season” and “Politics Of Free” at a park in Vincennes with a cameo from a kitten. The first song comes from the band’s 2010 LP At Echo Lake while the second is off 2016’s City Sun Eater In The River Of Light. Both the group and filmmakers withstood terrible weather to capture the performance, watch:
