Willie Nelson Cancels A Handful Of Upcoming Shows Due To Illness

Our thoughts are with Willie Nelson on a speedy recovery after an illness has forced the country music legend to cancel a series of upcoming concerts. Rolling Stone reports Nelson’s shows that were scheduled for Friday night in Sahaurita, Arizona and Saturday night in Albuquerque, New Mexico have been called off for health reasons.

While the revelation about Willie’s Friday and Saturday concerts comes just days after he canceled a series of shows in Bakersfield that was scheduled to end tonight, Nelson’s reps tell Rolling Stone he is still expected to perform at the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo on February 16. As reported Willie Nelson will release his new studio album, God’s Problem Child, on April 28.
