Wilco Streams ‘Being There: Deluxe Edition’ Bonus Disc

Rhino Records will issue the deluxe edition of Wilco’s 1996 double album Being There on December 1. NPR Music’s First Listen series has made the bonus disc included in the expanded album available in advance of Friday’s official release.

The Being There deluxe edition comes with a third disc made up up entirely of demos, outtakes and alternate versions of tracks. Also included is a fourth disc compiling a short radio session held in Santa Monica with full show recording from Los Angeles in November 1996. Rhino also will issue a deluxe edition of Wilco’s 1995 debut album A.M..

The bonus disc includes previously unreleased songs such as “Dynamite In My Soul,” “Better When I’m Gone” and “Capitol City,” as well as the Golden Smog tune “I Can’t Keep From Talking.” There are also alternate recordings of classics such as “Out Of Sight, Out Of Mind,” “I Got You,” “Monday,” “Why Would You Wanna Live” and others.
