Jeff Tweedy Covers Talking Heads’ ‘Heaven’ On ‘The Tweedy Show’

Wilco‘s Jeff Tweedy covered “Heaven” by Talking Heads. The at-home, acoustic performance occured during Tuesday’s episode of The Tweedy Show livestream.
Tuesday’s episode also saw Jeff performing Wilco’s “Misunderstood,” “I Am Trying To Break Your Heart,” “You And I” with his son Spencer Tweedy singing harmony, “Theologians” and “Summer Noon.” Jeff’s son Sammy Tweedy accompanied his father and brother on a rendition of “Dear Employer (The Reason I Quit)” from the The Minus 5/Wilco album, Down With Wilco. Tuesday’s episode included Sammy-sung covers of “Mi Shebeirach” by Debbie Friedman and “Weighted Down” by Skip Spence as well.
