Widespread Panic’s John Bell & Sunny Ortiz Play Acoustic Radio Session

During a recent trip to Kansas City, Widespread Panic frontman John Bell and percussionist Domingo “Sunny” Ortiz stopped by local radio station KCPT 90.9 FM The Bridge for a live in-studio session. Three of the songs played by JB and Sunny have been shared by the station.

Utilizing an acoustic guitar and accompanied by Sunny’s bongo playing, JB led the duo’s handling of WSP staples “Radio Child,” “Old Joe” and “Blue Indian.” Recorded in Studio A at KCPT headquarters, videos of the three songs can be viewed here, watch:
