Widespread Panic Announces May 2022 Concerts In Huntsville
The shows mark the band’s first in the city in six years.

Widespread Panic will make their debut at Huntsville, Alabama’s newest venue this Memorial Day Weekend. The veteran jam act will perform at the Orion Amphitheater on May 27, 28 and 29.
The sextet last played Huntsville way back on February 16, 2016 — one of nine WSP shows held at Von Braun Civic Center. Tickets for Widespread Panic’s return to Huntsville and Orion Amphitheater debut go up for grabs this Friday, February 11 at 10 a.m. via AXS.com (May 27, May 28, May 29).

Orion Amphitheater will open with The First Waltz, a three-day event spanning May 13 – 15 featuring Mavis Staples, Brittany Howard, Emmylou Harris, Jason Isbell & The 400 Unit and many other acts with roots in Alabama. The outdoor venue will host approximately 8,000 attendees for concerts and events throughout the year.
Next up for Widespread Panic is a three-night stand in Columbia, South Carolina on February 18 – 20. Columbia is another city the band hasn’t played since 2016.
