More Dreams & Songs: Warren Haynes Expands ‘Now Is Time’ Symphonic Tour Into July 2024

Warren Haynes tacked on five new 2024 tour dates to his Now Is The Time orchestral tour featuring the Warren Haynes Band and The Dreams and Songs Symphonic Experience. The fresh stops will focus on the Midwest in July.

The format for the Now Is The Time Tour consists of “two sets of symphonic music plus a third set of Haynes’ signature rock/soul blend alongside the debut of the new Warren Haynes Band,” as per a press release.

The symphonic sets will boast never-before-heard arrangements of songs from Haynes’ various projects including Gov’t Mule, The Allman Brothers Band, The Dead and more along with a revisiting of Warren’s Jerry Garcia Symphonic Celebration.

The updated Warren Haynes Band includes keyboardist John Medeski, Gov’t Mule bassist Kevin Scott and drummer Terence Higgins. The Dreams and Songs Symphonic Experience is directed by Rich Daniels of Chicago’s City Lights Orchestra, filled out with locally sourced orchestras at each stop. Following the debut Now Is The Time run in June, the new dates get underway on July 19 at Everwise Amphitheater at White River State Park in Indianapolis. A concert at Meadow Brook Amphitheatre near Detroit follows on July 20.

Now Is The Time comes to Jacobs Pavilion in Cleveland on July 26. Huber Heights, Ohio is next with a concert on July 27 at Rose Music Center at The Heights. The July Now Is The Time stint wraps at PNC Pavilion at Riverbend on July 28.

Following various presales, tickets for the new Now Is The Time Tour dates go on sale to the general public on Friday, March 29 at 10 a.m. local time.
