Warren Haynes To Join Tom Morello And Jon Batiste & Stay Human At Global Citizen Event

Tonight (Thursday, September 22), the NYU Skirball Center in New York City will host Global Citizen: The World On Stage, an event said to feature “unique music collaborations, powerful stories and offering bold solutions to end extreme poverty.” Guitarist Warren Haynes has joined the lineup which already included Tom Morello, Jon Batiste & Stay Human, Kesha, Regina Spektor, Aloe Blacc & Maya Jupiter, Karsh Kale and The Kenyan Boys Choir.

The event has been put together by Global Citizen, an organization which continues to make great strides towards ending extreme poverty. Head here for more on the concert.
