Umphrey’s McGee Announces Return Of Chucktown Ball

After a successful first installment last September, Umphrey’s McGee has announced the second annual Chucktown Ball. The multi-band concerts will take place outdoors at Riverfront Park in North Charleston, South Carolina September 23 – 24.

Umphrey’s McGee will play two sets each night of the event which will also feature performances from Moon Taxi and Dead 27s on Friday, September 23 and The Floozies, Dangermuffin and The Hip Abduction on Saturday, September 24. In addition to the music, Chucktown Ball will also include local food options, libations and vending. Chucktown Ball will contribute a portion of proceeds to the MUSC Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital, to aide in the work they do for South Carolina families.

A pre-sale for tickets to Chucktown Ball ’16 will begin Tuesday, May 10 at 12 p.m. ET via UMTicketing and will be followed by the public on-sale Thursday, May 12 at 12 p.m. ET. umVIP packages including travel options also go up for grabs tomorrow at 12 p.m. ET.
