Tour Dates | RAQ Announces Brief September Run
By Scott Bernstein Jul 21, 2015 • 10:40 am PDT

RAQ begins the five-show run with a hometown show at Higher Ground in Burlington, Vermont on September 9. The next night (September 10) RAQ will play Port City Music Hall in Portland, Maine before the previously announced Brooklyn Bowl show on September 11. On September 12 the band visits The Spot Underground in Providence and then they are currently scheduled to conclude the run at The Ardmore Music Hall in Ardmore, Pennsylvania on September 13.
The band currently consists of guitarist Chris Michetti, bassist Jay Burwick and keyboardist Todd Stoops. Kung Fu drummer Adrian Tramontano had been behind the kit for RAQ since their reunion a few years back, but is not expected to perform with the band in the wake of Stoops’ dismissal from Kung Fu. RAQ’s only gig of the summer took place on July 4 in Chicago, where The Werks drummer Rob Chafin played drums behind Michetti, Stoops and Burwick. No word yet on who will play drums for RAQ this fall.
