Tori Amos is set to continue her work in music and activism with a new album, In Times of Dragons, due out May 1 through Universal/Fontana. The acclaimed singer-songwriter and pianist also laid out a 2026 North American Tour.

Following the Grammy-nominated soundtrack for her children’s book, Tori and the Muses, In Times of Dragons “is a powerful journey of resilience and awakening where the pursuit of freedom meets forces that seek to control and silence,” as per a press release.

In Times of Dragons is a metaphorical story about the fight for Democracy over Tyranny,” Tori said, “reflecting the current abhorrent non accidental burning down of democracy in real time by the ‘Dictator believing Lizard Demons’ in their usurpation of America.”

Amos is set to tour North America around her new record this summer following a UK/Europe tour in the spring. She’ll be joined by longtime collaborators bassist Jon Evans and drummer Ash Soan as well as a trio of backing vocalists: Liv Gibson, Deni Hlavinka and Hadley Kennary.

Among the stops on the 35-date excursion are New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Nashville, Boston, Austin, Philadelphia and Colorado’s iconic Red Rock Amphitheatre.

An Artist Presale begins Wednesday, January 21 at 10 a.m. local venue time. Tickets for Tori Amos’ 2026 North American Summer Tour go on sale to the general public Friday, January 23 at 10 a.m. local.
