Throwback Thursday | Ween At The Wetlands

2014 marks the 25th anniversary of the famed Wetlands Preserve opening its doors in 1989. The venue is most known for all the jambands who played the room, but there were plenty of other acts who performed at the Wetlands from many different genres including Pearl Jam, Sublime, Oasis and the pride of New Hope, PA –Ween.

For Ween’s 1991 appearance at the “Sweatglands,” they had yet to put together a full band. Dean and Gene Ween performed backed by pre-recorded tracks on a DAT Machine. An eight-song playlist of videos shot that fateful night is available on YouTube thanks to figtus.
