The Revivalists Announce New Live EP ‘Made In Muscle Shoals Vol. 2’ & Share Single

The Revivalists will issue a new live EP, Made In Muscle Shoals Vol. 2, via Concord Records on June 17. The New Orleans-based rockers also shared “Otherside of Paradise (Made In Muscle Shoals)” from the record.

Made In Muscle Shoals Vol. 2 follows the first installment, 2020’s Made In Muscle Shoals, of the sessions the band captured at the storied FAME Recording Studio in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. The band previewed Vol. 2 earlier in May with a track and live performance video for “You Said It All (Made In Muscle Shoals)” and now follow suit with “Otherside of Paradise (Made In Muscle Shoals),” which originally appears as the opener on the band’s 2018 LP Take Good Care.

“There’s a purity, depth and innocence to this song that could only be captured in a place like FAME,” frontman David Shaw said of “Otherside of Paradise (Made In Muscle Shoals).” “I really love how this one came out. It speaks to a special place in us all and this version only deepens that connection.”
