The Flaming Lips Share ‘The Spark That Bled’ Live Single

The Flaming Lips released “The Spark That Bled” from their upcoming live album The Soft Bulletin Recorded Live At Red Rocks With The Colorado Symphony Orchestra. The record, the Lips’ first official live album, arrives on November 29.

Recorded at Red Rocks on May 26, 2016 with the Colorado Symphony Orechestra conducted by André de Ridder, the live album celebrates the 20th anniversary of The Flaming Lips’ landmark 1999 studio effort The Soft Bulletin. The band announced the live LP in October and shared the opening track, “Race for the Prize.” “The Spark That Bled” is the third track. Listen to the live version with the Colorado Symphony below:
