The Allman Brothers Band will issue a 36-track live compilation entitled Peach Picks: Cream Of The Crop 2003 through their Peach Records on June 15. Seven of the songs featured on the release that captures the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame group performing between July 25 – August 10, 2003 are available in advance of the collection’s release.
The 2003 lineup of The Allman Brothers Band included founding members Gregg Allman, Jaimoe and Butch Trucks, as well as Warren Haynes, Derek Trucks, Marc Quinones and Oteil Burbridge. Recorded at shows in Indianapolis, Pittsburgh, Darien Center, Hartford, Charlotte and Raleigh, none of the 36 tracks are repeated songs. All six concerts will also be made available in their entireties.
Haynes served as Peach Picks: Cream Of The Crop 2003 supervising producer. The collection marks the first time this music, which was previously issued as part of the defunct “Instant Live” CD series, will be made available digitally.
