Tedeschi Trucks Bring Wheels Of Soul To Berkeley

Wheels Of Soul rolled into Berkeley on Saturday night for the second stop of one of the summer’s most anticipated tours. The cross-country excursion is headlined by Tedeschi Trucks Band with support from Sharon Jones & The Dap-Kings and Doyle Bramhall II. Axe-slinger Bramhall II who shared the stage with Derek Trucks plenty of times as members of Eric Clapton’s band, sat-in with Tedeschi Trucks for a number of songs towards the end of the evening. Sharon Jones joined in the fun to duet with Susan Tedeschi on Etta James’ “Tell Mama.” Watch video of “Tell Mama” after the gallery.
