Tank and the Bangas‘ vocalist Tarriona “Tank” Ball recorded an acoustic cover of Nirvana’s “Smells Like Teen Spirit.” Ball was accompanied by the group’s guitarist, Danny Abel, in the resulting video.

“Smells Like Teen Spirit” is Tank & The Bangas’ latest quarantine acoustic session. Ball previously teamed with members of the band for takes on Norah Jones’ “Don’t Know Why” and the Sammy Fein/Irving Kahal-penned “I’ll Be Seeing You.” Nirvana originally released “Smells Like Teen Spirit” on their 1991 sophomore studio album, Nevermind.
