Summer Meltdown Announces Initial Lineup

The Summer Meltdown music festival is planned for August 6 -9 at the Whitehorse Mountain Amphitheater in Darrington, Washington. Today organizers announced the initial lineup for the 15th anniversary of the event.
STS9, Greensky Bluegrass, Galactic, The Motet and Nahko and Medicine For The People are among those heading to the Pacific Northwest this summer. Other diverse acts appearing include Iration, Tycho, Lyrics Born, Minnesota, Brothers Comatose, Phutureprimitive, Fruition and Flowmtion. More performers are expected to be added to the lineup in the future.

This year the festival is also offering a series of additional outdoor adventure activities. For an added fee festival attendees can experience river rafting, rock climbing and horseback riding. More information about the available adventures can be found here.
