This week’s installment of The String Cheese Incident‘s Friday Night Cheese live archival video series will feature the band’s March 4, 2017 performance at Boulder’s Fox Theatre. Video from SCI’s 2017 hometown show premieres on Friday, August 21 at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT on the JamBase Livestreams Calendar via nugs.tv.
Cheese’s March 4, 2017 concert at the Fox came as part of a celebration of the club’s 25th anniversary. The sextet was in the midst of their Winter Carnival 2017 Roots Revival Tour in which they went acoustic for the first set and electric for the second at small venues in the ski towns that helped define the band. Included in the performance featured on this week’s Friday Night Cheese are a handful of rarities.
