This Friday, January 20 a new event dubbed Streamstock 2017 will offer an alternative to the Inauguration festivities being held the same day. Streamstock 2017 is an online music and arts festival “of the people, by the people and for the people” featuring an impressive slate of performers.
Grateful Dead drummer Bill Kreutzmann will debut his new project Bill Kreutzmann’s Rooster Conspiracy as part of the event. The members of the group have not been revealed as of press time. Lettuce, Reed Mathis & Electric Beethoven, Holly Bowling, Tom Hamilton’s American Babies, The Garcia Project, Acoustically Speaking, David Gans, Eufórquestra, Hot Buttered Rum and San Geronimo are each among the acts that have contributed performances to air during Streamstock on Friday and will raise awareness for progressive causes.
In order to watch Streamstock on Friday head to the event’s Facebook page and hit the Use App button or look up Streamstock 2017 in Facebook Messenger.
