Back in 2009, the makers of the video game Guitar Hero World Tour released a Phish “Live Track Pack” that included versions of “Sample in a Jar” from Salem, Oregon in 1994, “Down with Disease” from Hershey, Pennsylvania in 1995 and “Chalk Dust Torture” from Ann Arbor, Michigan in 1994. YouTuber Tyler Penn has posted isolated tracks from four instruments and vocals of the “Down With Disease” recorded on December 1, 1995 in Hershey.
